The MetShop

The MetShop provides face-to-face contact with helpful and friendly staff who can help with your public transport travel needs.

The MetShop is located at the Melbourne Town Hall on the corner of Swanston and Little Collins streets.

Opening hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Saturday 9am to 1pm
Closed Sundays and public holidays

Please note, the MetShop will close to make way for improvements from 4pm Thursday 2 July- Sunday 12 July. For more information, see The MetShop is being improved
