Metlink welcomes customer feedback. Feedback assists in the ongoing improvement of Victoria's public transport network. Every enquiry, suggestion, complaint or compliment will be responded to in accordance with the Industry Complaint Handling Procedure (for further information see the Customer Guide). In most cases you will receive a response within seven working days.
