Departs from the corner of Harvest Home Road and Hennessy Street and runs via Harvest Home Road, Viewgrand Boulevard, Greenfields Drive, Lyndarum Drive, Hayston Boulevard to Cascade Crescent, then via Hayston Boulevard, Epping Road, High Street, Rufus Street, Davisson Street to Epping Station. Then via Cooper Street, Epping Plaza Shopping Centre, Northern Hospital, Edgars Road, Main Street to the terminus at Thomastown Station.

To Epping North

Departs from Thomastown Station and runs via High Street, Spring Street, Lantana Avenue, Main Street and the reverse of the route described above to Harvest Home Road, then via Harvest Home Road, Cerise Avenue, Glover Street and Hennessy Street to the terminus at Harvest Home Road and Hennessy Street.
