Departs from the terminus at Cranbourne Shopping Centre (Bay 1 Lyall Street), east of High Street, and runs via Lyall Street, Codrington Street, Stawell Street, High Street, South Gippsland Highway, Endeavour Drive to Merinda Park Railway Station then via Endeavour Drive, Wentworth Street, South Gippsland Highway, Waverley Park Drive, Huon Park Road, Hazelwood Avenue, Courtney Avenue, Brentwood Drive, Josephine Avenue, Hamilton Drive, Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road and Rosebank Drive to the terminus at the corner of Rosebank Drive and Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road. ROUTE DEVIATION: Some early weekday trips operate from Merinda Park Railway Station via Thompsons Road, Cranbourne-Narre Warren Road to Cranbourne North.
