It then operates via Hoddle Street, North Terrace, Gold Street, Queens Parade, George Street, Alexandra Parade, Princes Street, Cemetery Road East, College Crescent and Royal Parade to the Melbourne University terminus in Royal Parade (east side), immediately south of Gate 12 and opposite the Royal Melbourne Hospital Private Medical Centre.
