Departs from the terminus at the corner of Warburton Highway and Upper Blackwood Avenue and runs via Warburton Highway and Maroondah Highway, to Lilydale Railway Station Bus Terminal, then via Maroondah Highway and Black Springs Road to the terminus at Chirnside Park Shopping Centre. ROUTE DEVIATION: Some trips operate via Woori Yallock Estate. SCHOOL DEVIATIONS: Some services operate via local schools, including Oxley College, Maroondah Secondary College, Tintern Church of England Girls Grammar School, Upper Yarra Secondary College, Yarra Valley Grammar and Lutheren College. Some services also operate via Millgrove estate on school days only. ROUTE EXTENSION: Occasional services commence from Whitegum Drive/Woods Point Road, East Warburton and operate to Warburton via Woods Point Road. TICKETING: myki or Metcards valid in Zone 2 are valid for travel on the entire route. Alternatively passengers travelling entirely before Allsops Road / Wickham Road can purchase a paper ticket from the driver.

ROUTE DEVIATION: Some trips operate via Woori Yallock Estate.
