To Werribee

Departs from the terminus at Hoppers Crossing Station and runs express via Morris Road and Heaths Road to the bus bay at Werribee Plaza. It then runs express via Heaths Road and Westmill Drive to the corner of Westmill Drive and Willmington Avenue. It then continues as a normal service via Willmington Avenue, Tarneit Road, Hogans Road, Thames Boulevard, Tarneit Road, Railway Avenue, Market Road and Manly Street to the terminus at Werribee Station.

To Hoppers Crossing

Departs from the terminus at Werribee Station and runs the reverse of the above description to the terminus at Hoppers Crossing Station.
