Departs from the Sunshine Railway Station bus terminal (Bay No. 3) and runs via Dickson Street, Withers Street, Devonshire Road, Duke Street, Ballarat Road, Gordon Street, Barkly Street, Victoria Street, Paisley Street, Albert Street and Irving Street to Footscray Railway Station. It then runs via Irving Street, Leeds Street and Paisley Street to the terminus at the corner of Leeds Street and Paisley Street.

To Sunshine

Departs from the terminus at the corner of Leeds and Paisley Streets and runs via Paisley Street, then the reverse of the route described above to Devonshire Road, then via Harvester Road and Dickson Street to the Sunshine Railway Station bus terminal.
