Description of Route Route 421 St Albans to Watergardens Station via Keilor Downs Departs from the terminus at St Albans Railway Station (Alfrieda Street) and runs via Alfrieda Street, William St, Theodore Street, George Street, East Esplanade and Taylors Road to Keilor Downs Plaza Shopping Centre. It then departs Keilor Downs Plaza Shopping Centre and runs via Taylors Road, Packard Street, Hispano Drive, Carbine Way, Goodwood Drive, Belmont Avenue, Copernicus Way, Lady Nelson Way, Chichester Drive, Parmelia Drive, Bond Drive, left into Kings Road then right from Kings Road to the terminus at Watergardens Station.

Route 421 Watergardens Station to St Albans via Keilor Downs Departs the terminus at Watergardens Station and runs via the reverse of the route described above to the terminus at St Albans Station (Alfrieda Street).
