Departs from the terminus at the BP Caravan Park in O'Connors Road and runs via O'Connors Road and Whites Road to Duncans Road, Aviation Road, Diggers Road, K Road then runs via the reverse of the route described above to the terminus at Werribee Railway Station.

Departs from the terminus at Werribee Railway Station and runs via Manly Street, Market Street, Cherry Street, Synnot Street, Wattle Avenue, Edwards Road, Duncans Road, K Road, Diggers Road, Beach Road and O'Connors Road to the terminus at the BP Caravan Park.
