Departs from the terminus at Roxburgh Park Shopping Centre and runs via Reservior Drive, Shankland Boulevard, Paringa Boulevard, Hudson Circuit, Malmsbury Drive, Barry Road, Pascoe Vale Road, Girgarre Street, Nathalia Street, Riggall Street, Talgarno Street, Coleraine Street, and Pearcedale Parade to Broadmeadows Shopping Square then via Pascoe Vale Road to Broadmeadows Railway Station. It then runs via Pascoe Vale Road, Lichfield Avenue, Bliburg Street, Gavin Street, Emu Parade, Bliburg Street, Sunset Boulevard, Langton Street, Gervase Avenue, Augustine Terrace, Belair Avenue, Chapman Avenue and Lytton Street to Glenroy Shopping Centre. Then via Belair Avenue, Clovelly Avenue, William Street, Tarana Avenue, William Street, Victoria Street, Summit Avenue, Devereaux Street, Kerr Avenue, Vincent Street, Winifred Street, Pascoe Vale Road, Meaker Avenue and Station Road to the terminus at Oak Park Railway Station.

Departs from the terminus at Oak Park Railway Station and runs via Station Road, Strachan Street, Pascoe Vale Road, Winifred Street, Vincent Street, Kerr Avenue, Devereaux Street, Summit Avenue, Victoria Street, William Street, Tarana Avenue and Lytton Street to Glenroy Shopping Centre. It then runs via Belair Avenue, Augustine Terrace and via the reverse of the route described above to Shankland Boulevard, Pascoe Vale Road to the terminus at Roxburgh Park Shopping Centre.
