Departs from the terminus at Thomastown Railway Station (eastside) and runs via Station Street, The Boulevard, McKimmies Road, Plenty Road, Clements Drive to the terminus at R.M.I.T. University (Bundoora Campus). When R.M.I.T. entrance is closed over holiday periods or otherwise, the terminus will be at the bus stop located in Betula Avenue.

Bus will travel in the reverse direction.
