Departs from the terminus near the corner of Kooyong and North Roads in Kooyong Road and runs via Kooyong Road, Rose Street, Clendon Road, Malvern Road, Orrong Road, Toorak Road, Grange Road, Bruce Street, Williams Road, Alexandra Avenue, Punt Road, Swan Street, Batman Avenue and Flinders Street to Flinders Street Station. The service then runs via Flinders Street, Queen Street and Lonsdale Street to the terminus between Elizabeth Street and Swanston Street.

To Gardenvale

Departs from the terminus via Lonsdale Street, Exhibitions Street, Batman Avenue, Swan Street, then via the reverse of the route described above to the terminus in Gardenvale Road near the corner of Gardenvale Road and Nepean Highway.
