Departs from the terminus in St Kilda Street, corner of Bent Avenue and runs via St Kilda Street, Head Street, Drake Street, Martin Street, Gardenvale Road, Kooyong Road, North Road, Wellington Road, and then through the South Gate at Monash University (Clayton Campus) to the terminus outside the Humanities building.
