Departs from the terminus at Box Hill Transport Centre then via Carrington Road, Station Street, Riversdale Road, Elgar Road, Riversdale Road, Warrigal Road, Middle Road, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Princes Hwy, Warrigal Road, Atherton Road, Station Street and Portman Street to Oakleigh Railway Station, then via Portman Street, Jones Street, Atherton Road, Warrigal Road, Nepean Highway, Balcombe Road, Como Parade West, Mentone Parade, Beach Road, Main Street and Centreway to the terminus at Mordialloc Centreway Shopping Centre. Then departs from the terminus at Centreway Shopping Centre and runs via Centreway, Beach Road, Nepean Highway and Station Street to the terminus at Chelsea Railway Station.
