Departs from the terminus at Middle Brighton Railway Station and travels via Male Street, Wilson Street, Halifax Street, Hammond Street, Hampton Street, Centre Road, Clayton Road, North Road and Wellington Road to Monash University then via Wellington Road, Blackburn Road, Canterbury Road, Main Street and South Parade to the terminus at Blackburn Railway Station. PLEASE NOTE: The Sunday service terminates at Bentleigh Railway Station at Centre Road and Bent Street.
