Departs from the terminus at Oakleigh Railway Station (north side) and travels via Portman Street, Shopping Centre Subway, Hanover Street, Golf Links Avenue, Golf Road, Cameron Avenue, Centre Road, Clayton Road, North Road and Wellington Road to Monash University (Clayton Campus); then via Wellington Road, Princes Highway, Clayton Road, Stephensons Road and Alexander Place to Mount Waverley Bus Terminal; then via Stephensons Road, Middleborough Road, Albion Road, Barcelona Street and Rutland Road to the terminus at Box Hill Transport Centre (Box Hill Central Shopping Centre).
