Departs from the terminus at Mitcham Railway Station (south side) and travels via Mitcham Road, Canterbury Road, Terrara Road, Hanover Road, Burwood Highway, Cathies Lane, High Street Road, Gallaghers Road, Waverley Road, Springvale Road and Railway Parade North to Glen Waverley Railway Station; then via Railway Parade North, Kingsway, Snedden Drive, High Street Road, Medina Road, Willow Avenue, Gyton Avenue, Canova Drive, Highbury Road, Blackburn Road, Hawthorn Road and Mahoneys Road to Forest Hill Shopping Centre; then via Canterbury Road, Forest Road, Lake Road, Florence Street, Milton Street, Joyce Street, Central Road, Blackburn Road, The Avenue, Main Street and South Parade to the terminus at Blackburn Railway Station.
