Departs from the terminus at Frankston Railway Station and travels via Young Street, Playne Street, Nepean Highway, and Main Street to the roundabout at Vale Street. It then travels back via Main Street to Nepean Highway and then travels via Nepean Highway, Bruce Road, Marine Parade, Victoria Street, Dromana Parade, Nepean Highway, Point Nepean Road, St Pauls Road, Melbourne Road, Coppin Road, Kerferd Avenue, Ocean Beach Road, Melbourne Road, Hotham Road, Franklin Road and Point Nepean Road to the terminus as the Point Nepean National Park entrance.

To Frankston

Departs from the terminus at the Point Nepean National Park entrance and travels via Point Nepean Road, Franklin Road, Hotham Road, Ocean Beach Road, Kerferd Road, Coppin Road, Melbourne Road, St Pauls Road, Point Nepean Road, Nepean Highway, Dromana Parade, Victoria Street, Marine Parade, Bruce Road, Nepean Highway and Main Street to the roundabout at Vale Street. It then travels back via Main Street to Nepean Highway and then travels via Nepean Highway, Playne Street and Young Street to the terminus at Frankston Railway Station.
