Departs from the terminus at Dandenong Railway Station and runs via Foster Street, Robinson Street, Walker Street, Thomas Street, Scott Street, Pickett Street, Hemmings Street, Potter Street, Princes Highway, Artherton Road and Station Street to Oakleigh Railway Station. It then runs via Portman Street, Warrigal Road and Middle Road to the terminus at Chadstone Shopping Centre.
