Departs from the terminus at Dandenong Railway Station and runs via Foster Street, Robinson Street, Walker Street, Thomas Street, Clow Street, Cleeland Street, Heatherton Road, Boyd Street, Curtin Crescent, Menzies Avenue, Gladstone Road, Police Road, Haverbrack Drive, Wellington Road, Garnet Road, Whalley Drive, Grandview Road and Jells Road to Wheelers Hill Shopping Centre. It then runs via Jells Road, Phoenix Drive, Columbia Drive, Brandon Park Drive and Wellington Road, Princes Highway, Artherton Road and Station Street to Oakleigh Railway Station, then via Portman Street, Warrigul Road and Middle Road to the terminus at Chadstone Shopping Centre.
