Q. What are the benefits of My Way?
A. My Way allows you to:
- customise your home page quick links to the timetables, maps and routes you use regularly, plus any service updates that may affect the public transport services you use frequently.
- specify what promotional material you wish to have displayed on your home page.
- receive notices regarding Metlink and Viclink initiatives.
Q. How many pages can I have bookmarked in My Way?
A. You can have as many bookmarks in your My Way account as you wish.
Q. How can I add bookmarks to My Way?
A. You can add bookmarks to your My Way account by visiting the page that you wish to bookmark and clicking on the 'Add to MyWay' button at the bottom of the page.
Q. How can I remove bookmarks from My Way?
A. You can remove bookmarks from My Way in ‘Manage My Way’ which automatically opens when you log in to My Way. Simply select the item you no longer wish to include in your My Way account and press the ‘Remove selected’ button and the selected page will no longer be bookmarked.
Q. Can I include service updates in My Way?
Yes. You can choose the mode of transport you use most frequently to see relevant service update information on your home page.
