Dale Larkin, Chief Executive Officer Dale Larkin has more than 40 years experience working in public transport across Australia and overseas, in public and private sectors, and across train, tram and bus. Dale was Director of TransAdelaide and CEO of Connex Trains Melbourne. He was involved in the privatisation of Victoria’s public transport network and helped deliver two winning bids to run public transport services in Melbourne. As a partner in Strategic Transport Advisers Pty Ltd, Dale has provided high level strategic planning and management advice to the public transport industry in Australia. Since March 2010, Dale has been the Chief Executive Officer of Metlink Victoria, an organisation responsible for improving customer information and increasing patronage on Victorian public transport services. |

Craig Young, Commercial Manager/Company Secretary Craig Young has more than 20 years experience as a chartered accountant, including a decade as a company secretary. In 2001, Craig joined the public transport industry as Commercial Manager for Revenue Clearing House before helping create Metlink in 2004, an organisation responsible for improving customer information and increasing patronage on Victorian public transport services. As Commercial Manager and Company Secretary, Craig has helped shape the future direction of Metlink, and in 2009 successfully negotiated the organisation’s new eight-year services agreement with the Victorian Government. He also leads the Metlink team responsible for network-wide signage and maintenance. |

David Attwood, Executive Manager – Customer Services David Attwood’s expertise is in business analysis, strategic planning and senior management. He joined the public transport industry in 2001 as Senior Business Analyst for the Revenue Clearing House, where he identified and drove continuous improvement opportunities for the Metcard ticketing system. When Metlink was formed in 2004, David held the role of Retail Services Manager. In 2007 he was promoted to Metlink’s Executive Manager of Customer Services Delivery, where he is now responsible for call centre, customer feedback, retail and customer service outlets, website operations and digital products for the organisation. |

Michelle Herbert, Head of Marketing and Communications Michelle Herbert has more than 15 years experience in the field of marketing and communications, working across government, not-for-profit and utilities sectors. Michelle joined Metlink in 2007 as Head of Marketing and Communications, where her work has contributed to unprecedented growth in patronage, reductions in fare evasion and increased sales of multi-trip tickets known as Value Metcards. Michelle is responsible for identifying and implementing campaigns that improve customer information and increase patronage across the network. |

Melissa Webb, Manager Market Intelligence Melissa Webb has experience working with research departments at both federal and state government and has a reputation for producing high quality data and insightful statistical analysis. Melissa joined Metlink in 2007 as Market Intelligence Manager and is responsible for ensuring the Victorian public transport industry is equipped with the information and research required to improve services for passengers. Melissa’s team undertakes major reviews of patronage and fare evasion as well as important studies that gather and understand information about passenger behaviour, attitudes and trends. |
