Departs from the terminus at Box Hill bus interchange then runs via Whitehorse Rd, Nelson Rd, Arnold St, Elgar Rd, Williamsons Rd, Fitzsimons La, Main Rd, Grand Bvd, Apex Way, Looker Rd, Rattray Rd, Para Rd and Main St to the terminus at Greensborough at the corner of Main St and Para Rd. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the completion of redevelopment works at Box Hill Hospital, from Wednesday 1 October 2014, the bus stop in Arnold St, just before the corner of Nelson St is no longer be serviced. Customers are advised to use the new, permanent bus stop located nearby on Arnold Street, opposite Wellington Road.
