Departs from the terminus in Lonsdale St near King St then runs via Queen St, Lonsdale St, Albert St, Gisborne St, Victoria Pde, Hoddle St, Eastern Fwy, Chandler Hwy, Earl St, Asquith St, Valerie St, Harp Rd, Belmore Rd, Elgar Rd, Arnold St, Nelson Rd, Whitehorse Rd, Station St to the terminus at Box Hill bus interchange. NOTE: Weekday trips between 4:00 and 7:00pm do not pull in to East Kew bus interchange on the south side of Valerie St. Bus will stop opposite the bus interchange on Valerie St before High St. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the completion of redevelopment works at Box Hill Hospital, from Wednesday 1 October 2014, the bus stop in Arnold St, just before the corner of Nelson St is no longer be serviced. Customers are advised to use the new, permanent bus stop located nearby on Arnold Street, opposite Wellington Road.
