Departs from the terminus at Northland Shopping Centre bus interchange (Bay 3) and runs via Hannah St ramp, Wood St, Laurel St, Tyler St, Plenty Rd, Boldrewood Pde, North Rd, Charlton Cres, Keilor Av, Winter Cr, Boldrewood Pde, Dunne St, Plenty Rd, Greenwood Dr, High St, Grace St, Watsonia Rd, Macorna St, Gillingham St, Sellars St, Fry St, Grimshaw St, Flintoff St, Para Rd, Main St Greensborough, Grimshaw St, Plenty Rd, Childs Rd, Station St to Lalor Railway Station. Most trips extend via Station St and David St to the terminus at Lalor Shopping Centre. PLEASE NOTE: From Monday 28th April 2014, Roue 566 service to Lalor departs from Bay 3 at the Northland Shopping Centre bus interchange, on Murray Rd side.
