To Coburg

Departs from the the terminus at the corner of Dunvegan Crescent and Vincent Street and runs via Vincent Street, Highview Crescent, Glenmore Street, Wungan Street and McNamara Street to Macleod Station. From Macleod Station bus runs via Macleod Parade, Ruthven Street, Kingsbury Drive, Waterdale Road, Ring Road to La Trobe University and then via Ring Road, Dunne Street, Boldrewood Parade, and Broadway to Reservoir Station. Bus then operates via High Street, Spring Street, Edwardes Street, Newlands Road, Murray Road, Champ Street and Sydney Road to the terminus in Bell Street, east of Sydney Road. Note: Route 561 does not run public holidays, with the following exceptions: 1. Labour Day and Cup Day: Saturday timetable applies. 2. From Reservoir Railway Station bus operates via Broadway, Boldrewood Parade, Dunne Street, Kingsbury Drive, North Entrance and Ring Road to the La Trobe University - Main Entrance, and then via Ring Road, Waterdale Road, Kingsbury Drive, Ruthven Street and Macleod Parade to Macleod Railway Station. From Macleod Station bus runs via McNamara Street, Wungan Street and Dunvegan Crescent to the terminus in Vincent Street, Macleod.
