Bus departs from the Water Tower High Street, via Beechworth Road, Wilson Street, Wodonga Hospital, Lindsay Street, Brockley Street, Trudewind Road, McFarland Road, Heckendorf Road, Melrose Drive to Birallee Interchange. From Birallee Interchange bus operates via Hedgerow Court, Skitch Street, Emerald Ave, Marshall Street, Gayview Drive, Lawrence Street, Campaspe Road, Mayfair Drive, Lawrence Street, Smythe Street, U-turn at roundabout and Lawrence Street to the terminus at Hovell Street.
