Performance reports for Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be published on Monday.
After 1 April 2015, PTV will report Metro Trains daily service delivery and punctuality measurements based on data collected by the new automatic recording system. Prior to this, these measurements were based on manually collected times.
The information on this page reflects daily operational performance outcomes. Performance can vary significantly on any given day due to a broad range of factors within or beyond the control of operators. As a result, PTV generally relies on monthly or quarterly performance measures when assessing contractual performance outcomes. Similarly, passenger compensation arrangements established by operators use monthly performance measures when assessing whether compensation is payable. For details, see customer compensation.
