FOI arrangements
Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, you have the right to request information and access documents about your personal affairs and the activities of PTV.
An FOI request needs to be made in writing to the agency that holds the documents being requested. Requests for documents in the possession of PTV should be addressed to:

Alternatively requests can be submitted online through Freedom of Information Online, located at foi.vic.gov.au. You will need to have a credit card with which to pay the application fee.
